I recently soft-launched a discussion Forum, hoping to build a community around the topics that we care about. What better way to stimulate conversation than a Contest!
The Contest
Starting today and ending August 31, 2011 at 12:00 PM EST, I’m opening the Forum for your contribution. The registered users with the most posts and number of contributions will win one of several prizes.
The Prizes
We’re fortunate to have the following companies and individuals sponsor prizes for this contest. They are:
- Grand Prize – The Most Forum Posts: One Annual Premium Membership to the Gemba Academy Online Training Lean Package. This includes 168 HD Videos and over 81 Hours of Lean Manufacturing Training. This prize has a value of $995.00 USD.
- Silver Prize – 2nd Most Forum Posts: One SigmaXL License, valued at $249.00 USD.
- Bronze Prize – Other Top Contributors: For other Top Contributors to the Forum, we will provide ONE of the following:
- Signed Copies of “Lean for Hospitals - Improving Quality, Patient Safety, and Employee Satisfaction“, by Mark Graban. There are 3 available and there will be 3 lucky winners (Limited to US Winners Only).
- Signed Copies of “Hitchhiker’s Guide to Lean – Lessons from the Road“, by Jamie Flinchbaugh. There are 3 available and there will be 3 lucky winners (Limited to US Winners only).
The Rules
- You must register – that’s the only way I can keep track of people that posts to the forum.
- Forum posts are moderated for appropriateness. I reserve the right to reject or accept forum posts I deem to be inappropriate.
- Your strategy is to . . . posts. Create Forum Topics, Contribute to Current Topics, Ask Questions, Answer Questions – you get the point. Good luck.
